Lockhart to host Family Benefits Advice Clinic

Carla Lockhart MP • March 12, 2024

Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart is encouraging constituents to book a slot at her forthcoming ‘Family Benefits Advice Clinic’, hosted in conjunction with Employers for Childcare. The Clinic will take the form of a telephone consultation with expert advisors, and will be held on Thursday 28th March, from 9am - 1pm.

Announcing the initiative, Carla said:

“The cost of living crisis continues to place stress and strain upon households. It is therefore vital that every household is in receipt of all the support that they are eligible to, from the Government.

That is why I am delighted to be hosting a Family Benefits Advice Clinic on Thursday 28th March, from 9am through to 1pm. Expert advisors from Employers for Childcare will be along, and will conduct telephone consultations to assess eligibility for benefits and support.

Pre-booking is essential to secure a telephone consultation. These can be secured by contacting my office on 02838 310088.

I would encourage people to avail of this opportunity. Any extra income at this time will be most welcome in many households so please get in touch.”
