Lockhart pays tribute to John Sinamon

Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart has expressed her deepest sympathies to the family of John Sinamon, who passed away earlier this week. The DUP representative, who had known John for many years, said his loss would be felt throughout the community.
Carla Lockhart said:
“John was one of life’s true gentlemen. He had a love for his family, a love for his community, and of course a love for football and for Glenavon Football Club in particular. You could always rely on John for wise counsel, and encouragement when needed.
His loss is greatly felt across the community because his impact on the community was great. He gave a lot of his time, voluntarily, to making a difference. Looking back on a life well lived, you can truly say John left a lasting legacy that has touched the lives of many people.
I extend my deepest sympathy to his wife Pearl, his son Andrew, his daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. They are in the thoughts of many people at this time.”
