Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart has welcomed the success of another coffee morning hosted by Fibro Friends Banbridge, praising the group’s growing impact in supporting those living with Fibromyalgia and ME.
Carla Lockhart MP said:
“It was a pleasure to spend time with Rene, Anthea and everyone involved in Fibro Friends Banbridge and to see first-hand the success of this relaunch locally.
“This group is providing a lifeline for those living with Fibromyalgia and ME, offering support, friendship and practical encouragement to so many.
“Far too often these conditions are misunderstood, and organisations like Fibro Friends are doing vital work in raising awareness and ensuring people do not face these challenges alone. They meet monthly and are always open to new members.
“I look forward to continuing to support their efforts in the weeks and months ahead.”
