Lockhart comments on Lord Lurgan Park death
DUP MP for Upper Bann said:
“The loss of life in these circumstances always causes a deep sense of shock within a community.
Of course this is felt most deeply by the family and friends of the deceased, and they are very much in my thoughts at this time.
The scene continues to be held by the PSNI and the park will remain closed until late afternoon.
I would join the PSNI in appealing for information from the community in relation to this death. Whilst a man has been arrested in connection with the case, the police will welcome any snippet of information that can help bring about justice in this case.”
